Expand from Within Event

By registering for and participating in the Expand from Within event facilitated by Medicine Within Facilitators, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Personal Responsibility

I understand that this is a deep, emotionally and physically immersive experience. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my own emotional, mental, and physical well-being during and after the workshop. I agree to participate at my own pace and honor my own boundaries at all times.

2. Nature of the Workshop

I understand that Expand from Within involves emotional exploration, somatic practices, and deep inner work, which may include confronting past traumas, patterns, and suppressed emotions. I recognize that this workshop is not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment.

3. Physical Activity

I understand that the workshop may include light to moderate physical movement as part of embodiment practices. I affirm that I am in good physical condition and able to participate, or I take full responsibility for listening to my body and modifying participation accordingly.

4. Breathwork Participation

I understand that by participating with the breathwork, I am stating I am fit to or have been advised by a medical professional that I am. In the case of uncertainty, I have informed Medicine Within Facilitators of ailments I am curious about. By ticking this, I agree to participate and am fully responsible for my decision

4. Release of Liability

I hereby waive, release, and discharge Medicine Within and the Medicine Within Facilitators, and the event venue from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in this event, including but not limited to personal injury, emotional distress, or property damage.

5. Confidentiality & Group Safety

I agree to respect the confidentiality of all participants and understand that what is shared in the space stays in the space. I agree to show up with respect, compassion, and non-judgment for others’ experiences.

6. Media Consent

I acknowledge and consent to photos or videos that may be taken during the event for promotional and educational purposes.

7. Agreement

By checking the appropriate box during registration, I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver, and I voluntarily agree to its terms.
